We can work with your contractor’s existing CAD drawings and any sketches and ideas, as well as build a custom design for you from scratch. Our skilled design team will work closely with you to ensure that you realize the property of your dreams, that is suited to your lifestyle, budget, and taste.

Because of the many installation services we offer, our 3D designs will provide you with a comprehensive package and a single vendor relationship. We will provide an in-depth layout of your desired project that includes everything from plants, material choices, and colours in a plan that highlights textures and styles. Our 3D approach will help you to visualize your project and the value you are adding with the investment. We pride ourselves in producing highly sophisticated designs using only the highest quality products.
Our design team is passionate about bringing together a complete vision for every client project. We take the time to consult with you and then provide you with an estimate within 30 days. We are happy to work with you in person, or over the phone or in Zoom meetings, at your convenience. We have experience working through web conferencing and emails with homeowners who live out of town and are enhancing their vacation property in the Okanagan.
Our Process
Project Estimates
We present our detailed estimates and work with you to revise as needed. We ensure our plans clearly show you the value and how frequent status updates will be provided. We will always discuss any changes to your project as the work proceeds.
Before starting a new project installation, we always meet with your neighbours as a courtesy.
Project Management Services
Once there is agreement on the design, we move into the implementation phase. We work with you to find the optimal date to start work. Every Kalagan Outdoor Design installation has a dedicated Project Coordinator who will be your point of contact for the entire project. They will order the materials and request funds as needed.
We will keep in touch using whatever communication platform is best for you. Your Project Coordinator will be in constant contact with the installation team and will keep you up to date until the project is completed.
